All 1 Lacrosse shafts and heads are covered for 6 months against manufacturer's defects (anything that makes the product unusable), under normal playing conditions.

Unlike other manufacturers, we DO NOT require you to ship your damaged item back to us.  In an effort to simplify the process and expedite your replacement, we simply ask that you submit an image of the damaged product, then pay a small processing fee for the replacement.

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Submit a warranty claim form with pictures of the damaged item.
  2. On the next page, follow the Google Checkout link.
  3. Your replacement product will be shipped out within 1 business day.
