Overview

All 1 Lacrosse shafts are covered for 6 months against manufacturer's defects (anything that makes the product unusable), under normal playing conditions. This includes breaking and bending, but does not include small dents or worn graphics.

 

Unlike other manufacturers, we DO NOT require you to ship your damaged shaft back to us. We simply ask that you submit an image of the damaged shaft and pay shipping and handling for the replacement. Once approved, we will send you out a BRAND NEW shaft.

How to Make a Claim

Follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim Form with pictures of the damaged item.
  2. Checkout to pay the shipping and handling fee for replacement shaft.
  3. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to review and approve your claim. Once approved, your replacement product will be shipped out within 1 business day.
